Role: Accounts & Finance ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations: AP/AR, ledger posting, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare GST filings, TDS calculations, and handle statutory compliance (PF/ESI/PT)
- Maintain accounting records in Tally ERP / Zoho Books
- Handle vendor payments, customer invoicing, and receivables follow-up
- Support monthly/annual closing activities & audit coordination
- Assist management with budgeting, cash flow planning & MIS reporting
- Maintain documentation for purchase orders, job work, and goods movement
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and accounting standards
- Good understanding of manufacturing or tooling industry accounts
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, MIS, reports)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
