Job Profile/Description:

Required Production Manager (Machine Shop), Min5 Years in Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Industry ( CNC, VMC, HMC, )
Profile Summary: Optimizing plant performance and meet production/ dispatch targets with quality commitments. Possess Green field project handling experience in Automotive, Heavy Engineering component machining line planning, execution, and establishment. Demonstrate in Production Planning,Production System Implementation, Process Improvement,Production schedules,Production development, Managing tool life, Quality control& Inspection,ISO/TSsystem,AS9100,FMEA, APQP, TPM, FAI &PPAP. Practically exposed to complete CNC machining operationsHMC/VMC/ HBM 3 axis,4 axis & 5 axis machine ,VTLm/c& Turning m/c,&CNCpartprogrammingFANUC, MAZAK , SEIMENS control.
