- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue prospective clients through networking, referrals, and field outreach.
- Scheme Promotion: Explain the details of different chit schemes, dividend benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to potential members.
- Enrollment: Facilitate the sign-up process, collect initial documentation, and onboard new subscribers into the appropriate chit groups (auctions/draws).
- Relationship Management & Retention
- Client Trust: Act as the primary point of contact for high-value subscribers and address queries regarding auction dates, bidding, and payouts.
3. Collection & Compliance
- Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with field executives to ensure timely collection of monthly installments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all sales and collection processes align with Chit Fund Act regulations and company compliance guidelines. [1, 2, 3]

- Goal Setting: Work closely with upper management to set and achieve aggressive monthly and annual subscriber acquisition and revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor chit schemes, interest rates, and local market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly. [1, 2, 3, 4]
5. Team Leadership & Reporting
- Team Mentorship: Train, mentor, and monitor field sales executives and collection staff.
- Customer Retention: Ensure existing members roll over into new schemes after their current chit matures.
