Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned territory
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Ensure primary & secondary sales growth across all locations
- Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities
- Monitor and drive product visibility, branding, and retail presence
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and trade partners
- Track competitor activities and provide market feedback & insights
- Ensure timely collections and credit control
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing & dispatch
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in appliances / FMCG / consumer durables)
- Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR market & distribution network
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
- Ability to handle a team and drive performance
- Graduate or Post Graduate
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Kitchen Appliances / Electrical / Home Appliances industry
- Strong dealer network in assigned territory
- Result-oriented and self-driven personality
