End-to-End Workflow Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
· Identify potential domestic and international clients through various channels
· Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and market research
· Develop relationships with retail brands, franchise chains, architects, consultants, and procurement teams
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering
· Conduct client meetings and discovery discussions
· Understand project requirements, timelines, budgets, and specifications
· Coordinate with design and estimation teams for project feasibility
· Arrange site visits and requirement assessments when necessary
Proposal & Sales Closure
· Coordinate preparation of proposals, quotations, BOQs, presentations, and commercial offers
· Present company capabilities and project solutions to clients
· Negotiate commercial terms and project agreements
· Follow up on proposals and close sales opportunities
Project Coordination
· Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and execution teams after project award
· Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution teams
· Monitor project progress and maintain client communication
· Support issue resolution and project completion

Account Management & Growth
· Build long-term relationships with existing clients
· Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling
· Maintain client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
· Generate referrals and business expansion opportunities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
