- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of agile software development principles and practices.
- Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Skilled in fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Competence in using tools that support agile project management and tracking.
