We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with 5–8 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, and Software Sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for Digital Marketing, Branding, Website Development, Mobile Applications, ERP, CRM, HRMS, SaaS, and Custom Software solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, email campaigns, and online platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution consulting.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable digital and software solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, RFPs, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with marketing, technical, and project teams for successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and pipeline reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Digital Marketing Services Sales.
- Experience in Branding and Creative Services Sales.
- Experience in Website, Mobile App, ERP, CRM, HRMS, SaaS, and Custom Software Sales.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, or IT/Software Sales.
- Proven history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Experience in selling SaaS products and enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of digital transformation services and cloud-based solutions.
