Job Description – Marketing Manager (International & Domestic)
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead international and domestic marketing initiatives for the head office team, with a primary focus on international marketing and domestic marketing . The role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, patient engagement and strategic marketing campaigns across global and Indian markets.
Key Responsibilities
International Marketing

Lead international branding and strategic marketing initiatives across multiple global markets.

Manage relationships with marketing, digital and creative agencies.

Oversee social media management and digital communication for international pages.

Coordinate with international SPOCs and partners across 10 countries for campaign execution and market activations.

Support international patient acquisition and brand-building initiatives.
Domestic Marketing

Conceptualize and execute patient-focused brand campaigns to drive walk-in patient footfall across hospitals in India.

Manage existing customer engagement and patient loyalty programmes.

Lead nationwide health day campaigns, awareness initiatives and on-ground activations across hospital units.

Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable marketing insights.
Desired Profile

MBA / Master’s degree in Marketing or Healthcare Management.

6–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality or multi-location consumer services.
Strong experience in branding, agency management, campaign management, digital marketing and stakeholder coordination.
Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
Proven experience in a brand communications project.
Prefer candidates who can join early with minimal notice period.
