We are looking for candidates with strong and active communication skills in English and Hindi. Candidates should be comfortable handling customer interactions via phone calls and WhatsApp. The role involves managing travel-related inquiries and assisting customers with bookings for tours, holiday packages, houseboats, and other travel services.

Key Responsibilities Areas :-
1) Taking care of all the queries of Clients.
2) Communicate & understand client's Holidays requirements.
3) Handle Incoming Travel Requests
4) Preparing tour proposal and costing.
5) Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travellers.
6) Convince about the Tour Package to Clients.
7) Responds to requests accurately and completely.
8) Appropriately responds to and resolves customer- inquiries.
9) Performs follow-up as needed and within the time frame promised to the customer.
10) Proactively provides feedback to management to avoid future customer issues.
11) Responds to the customer promptly.
12) Always provides the customer his/her undivided attention to the request.
