What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and team activities.
- Handle HR data, MIS reports, attendance & trackers.
- Handle onboarding, HR operations, and people processes.
- Work closely with leadership in shaping workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of HR experience across recruitment & HR operations or coordination.
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Reporting, etc.).
- Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of labour laws / HRMS is a plus.
- Should be comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats) in the organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
