Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing exceptional patient care while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
- Diagnose refractive errors and prescribe spectacles or contact lenses.
- Detect eye conditions and refer patients to ophthalmologists when required.
- Educate patients on eye health, vision care, and corrective lens options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and examination reports.
- Work closely with the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with clinical and company standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Optometry (B.Optom / M.Optom).
- Valid registration/license to practice (where applicable).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for patient care and customer service.
Preferred Experience
Experience in optical retail, eye hospitals, or vision care clinics is an added advantage.
