Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Coordinator to oversee and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring sales activities, collecting and analyzing sales reports, tracking team performance, coordinating with management, and implementing initiatives to improve sales productivity and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the sales team.
- Collect, review, and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance against assigned targets.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of sales reports and market feedback.
- Support the sales team with lead management, and sales planning.
- Identify gaps in performance and recommend strategies to improve sales results.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales representatives to review progress and challenges.
- Track sales pipelines, opportunities, and conversion rates.
- Prepare performance dashboards and reports for management review.
- Assist in developing sales campaigns, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to support sales objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and reporting standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or sales supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent reporting, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales objectives.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
