Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Operation Executive to manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in the manufacturing/lighting industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the Sahibabad site.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, accounts, and sales teams.
- Maintain inventory, dispatch, and procurement records.
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare operational reports and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations/administration (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
