We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Utilize software tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Demonstrated strategic planning and project management skills
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical field preferred or any degree
