Admission Counsellor
Location: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi (On-site)

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide prospective students throughout the admission journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about helping learners make informed career decisions, and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
- Understand students' educational and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Explain course curriculum, fee structure, career opportunities, and admission process.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication until admission closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and academic teams for a smooth onboarding experience.
- Build long-term relationships with students by providing timely support and guidance.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Psychology background preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in education counselling, sales, telecalling, or customer support will be an added advantage.

- Monday to Saturday
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday Fixed Off
