We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Executive to manage inventory, ensure smooth material flow, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling fabrics, trims, and finished goods within a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Maintain stock records (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
- Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams
- Handle inward/outward entries in ERP/Excel
- Monitor stock levels and raise reorder alerts
- Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and storage of items
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification
- Maintain GRN, challans, invoices, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in store/warehouse (mandatory in textile or home furnishing industry)
- Education: Graduate (preferred)
- Knowledge of fabric inventory, trims, and accessories handling
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems / MS Excel
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in home furnishing products (cushion covers, rugs, table linen, etc.)
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of dispatch & logistics
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
