Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to develop business opportunities and coordinate with Government Departments, PSUs, and other institutional clients. The candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, tender tracking, project follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with Government Departments, PSUs, and institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and upcoming projects within government and public sector organizations.
- Regularly visit government offices for business development, approvals, meetings, and project follow-ups.
- Track tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and other procurement opportunities relevant to the organization.
- Coordinate with internal departments for preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Follow up on submitted tenders, approvals, payments, and project execution status.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Maintain records of client interactions, project status, and business development activities.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, upcoming projects, and government initiatives.
- Support management in achieving business growth targets and strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Government Liaisoning, Business Development, Marketing, or Tender Management.
- Freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
