Aquaconnect is looking for Sales Officers and Senior Sales Officers to join our growing team.
Desired Qualification:
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: B.Sc. Aquaculture, BFSc, B.Sc. Agriculture, Marine Science, or any Science degree
- Candidates with shrimp farming knowledge are also welcome to apply
Experience:
- 1–4 years in Aquaculture or Agriculture Sales
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Visit shrimp farmers and provide technical guidance on new pond preparation, pond management, disease management, feed management, and water quality management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and recommend Aquaconnect products based on farmers' requirements.
- Develop new Aqua Partners (Distributors) and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
- Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with farmers and distributors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and product delivery.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Desired profile:
- Knowledge of aquaculture or shrimp farming.
- Good communication skills in Telugu. Basic English knowledge is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and learn modern shrimp farming practices.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own a two-wheeler.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
