Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records
Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and labor laws
Develop HR policies and maintain discipline at the workplace
Conduct employee engagement and performance management activities
Resolve employee grievances and support management decisions
Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMS data accurately
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
