About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Student Counselor to guide prospective students, drive admissions, and provide career counseling for our industry-focused training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on courses, fees, certifications, placements, and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Support students through the enrollment and onboarding process.
- Maintain lead data and admission records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for a seamless admission process.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Student Counseling, Admissions, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Educational Consultancy is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Google Meet, and Zoom.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
