Job Responsibilities
* Conduct product and sales training for Credit Card and Personal Loan sales teams.
* Train new joiners on Federal Bank’s product features, eligibility, documentation, process and sales journey.
* Provide training on lead generation, customer pitching, objection handling, cross-selling and conversion techniques.
* Conduct regular refresher and process training based on business requirements.
* Ensure the sales team has complete knowledge of product policies, eligibility criteria, documentation and compliance requirements.
* Conduct role plays, mock calls and product assessments to evaluate employee understanding.
* Identify training gaps through interaction with the sales team and performance analysis.
* Work closely with the Sales and HR teams to improve productivity and sales conversion.
* Track and maintain training attendance, assessment scores, feedback and daily training MIS.
* Support new joiners during their initial field/on-the-job training period.
* Communicate product/process updates and ensure the team understands and follows the latest guidelines.
* Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to the respective Sales Managers.
Candidate Profile
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 3+ years of experience in Credit Card / Personal Loan / Retail Banking / NBFC sales.
* Prior experience as a Sales Trainer / Product Trainer in BFSI will be preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Credit Card and Personal Loan products.
* Good understanding of banking sales processes and customer acquisition.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Should be confident in conducting classroom and virtual training.
* Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and training MIS.
* Willingness to travel to branches/locations for training, if required.

Pay: ₹45,575.04 - ₹50,108.92 per month
