SAP BI Platform Senior Developer
Job PurposeYou will play a crucial role in shaping the basis and data fundamentals of Data Analytics and actively contribute to thesuccess of the digital transformation at ZEISS. In this challenging function, you will be responsible for designing,developing, and maintaining BI solutions, on-premise and cloud based, to support data the Architecture & Integrationteam on solutions to ensure a stable and future-proof SAP BI Platform. Due to the diversity of technologies currently inuse, this is the perfect opportunity to bring and make usage of all your skills and experience, and in parallel learn themost recent SAP BI solutions in the market.
Reporting Manager:This an Individual Contributor role
Roles & Responsibilities:

Work with SAP BI architects and platform product owners to gather requirements and create applications to administrate the cloud and on-premise platforms.

Support platform product owners on the design and development of applications in SAP BWonHANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAC and SAP HANA Cloud.

Assess, identify areas of improvement and optimize critical BI solutions running in the platform.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to other developers and team members, ensuring that they are following best practices and delivering high-quality solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in SAP BI Cloud solutions, and provide recommendations for new technologies and tools that can be leveraged to improve data integration and reporting.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for the applications created or enhanced.
