Role Summary:
Senior Flutter Developer leads the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring app performance and scalability.
Roles & Responsibilities
Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code
Follow SOLID, DRY, KISS, and standard coding practices
Independently handle features from requirement analysis to production release
Review code and guide junior developers
Debug complex production and platform-specific issues
Collaborate effectively with product, backend, design, and QA teams
Prior Experience:
- 4–6 years of mobile application development experience
- Strong production experience with Flutter
- Applications published on the Play Store or App Store
- Experience handling scalable consumer, service, e-commerce, or transaction-based applications
Native Android or iOS knowledge will be an advantage

- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, lifecycle, navigation, responsive UI, async
