Position Title - HR Recruiter
Location - Gurugram
Profile Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with experience or internship exposure in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle, and a passion for employee engagement and hiring operations. Candidates pursuing or completed an MBA in HR or related specialization are encouraged to apply.
The role requires handling end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple positions across domestic hiring requirements while coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth hiring processes and candidate experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and IT roles across departments such as Sales, Operations, Support, Digital Marketing, Executive Assistance, Writing, and other functional domains.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding support.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare role-specific job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, placement drives, walk-ins, and employee references.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment databases, hiring trackers, and ensure timely closures with minimum turnaround time (TAT).
- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in bulk hiring drives, campus hiring, and internship recruitment activities.
- Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure proper coordination and smooth communication with candidates and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in HR, Human Resource Management, or related field preferred.
- Freshers with internship experience in recruitment or HR operations may also apply.
- 1 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR hiring activities is plus.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.
- Strong understanding of recruitment cycle and hiring processes.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
