Key Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
- Collect and maintain candidate documents and records
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition
