We seek a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our digital marketing services and understanding their business needs.
- Qualify leads by assessing their digital marketing requirements, budget constraints, and potential for collaboration.
- Customize and present suitable digital marketing solutions to clients, explaining the value proposition and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing necessary information and support.
- Using CRM software, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and conversions.
- Handle objections and address potential concerns raised by prospects to secure their interest.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing techniques, and the competitive landscape to provide informed insights to clients.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including Website design, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
