About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions, with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI frameworks. This role is suitable for professionals at the Senior Associate to Senior Manager level who are passionate about building scalable AI applications that solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
- Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications using modern AI frameworks.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, AI agents, and conversational AI solutions.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models for specific business use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
- Ensure AI models are scalable, secure, and production-ready.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices and technical leadership.
Required Skills
- 7–15 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML development.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI agents.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, vector databases, and embeddings.
- Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable AI system architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and model deployment frameworks.
- Experience working in enterprise AI transformation projects.
- Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud technologies are a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
