We are hiring dynamic and driven professionals to join our US Logistics team as Freight Brokers. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior experience in Freight Brokerage, International Sales, or International Voice/Calling processes who possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by prospecting and cold calling potential US customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Source reliable carriers and negotiate competitive freight rates.
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery while ensuring timely execution.
- Track loads, resolve operational issues, and provide excellent customer support.
- Negotiate pricing to maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate records and update the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Achieve individual and team sales and revenue targets.
Eligibility
- 1+ year of experience in any of the following:
- US Freight Brokerage
- International Sales
- International Voice/Calling Process
- Travel Sales (International)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with DAT, Truckstop, or other freight load boards is a plus (for experienced Freight Brokers).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
