Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Executive to oversee the smooth functioning of security operations across multiple client sites. The candidate will be responsible for regular field visits, client relationship management, manpower recruitment, handling security guard issues, ensuring deployment compliance, and submitting daily operational reports.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Operations & Field Visits
- Conduct daily visits to assigned client sites.
- Monitor security guard attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure proper deployment of security personnel as per client requirements.
- Verify site registers, duty rosters, and operational compliance.
- Conduct surprise inspections and night visits whenever required.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular interaction with clients and site representatives.
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect feedback regarding service quality and guard performance.
- Work towards achieving high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Manpower Management
- Identify manpower requirements at various sites.
- Source, recruit, and arrange suitable security guards to fill vacancies.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and document verification.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for urgent deployments.
Employee Relations & Issue Handling
- Resolve day-to-day issues faced by security guards.
- Counsel and guide guards regarding company policies and client expectations.
- Handle matters related to attendance, leave, absenteeism, and discipline.
- Ensure guards report to duty on time and perform their responsibilities effectively.
Multi-Site Coordination
- Manage and monitor operations across multiple client locations.
- Coordinate with supervisors, head guards, and office staff for smooth operations.
- Arrange replacements for absent guards and emergency deployments.
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily field visit reports to management.
- Maintain records of inspections, client meetings, manpower requirements, and deployments.
- Report incidents, complaints, shortages, and operational challenges promptly.
- Share daily updates through WhatsApp groups, email, or reporting software as required.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all guards possess valid documents and required training.
- Verify adherence to company SOPs and client-specific instructions.
- Conduct regular checks on uniforms, ID cards, and equipment.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and priorities simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, WhatsApp).
- Strong recruitment and manpower sourcing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Qualification
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in security services, facility management, manpower outsourcing, or field operations is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, security services, manpower management, or related roles.

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Field-Based (Multiple Client Sites)
Shift: Day Shift (with availability for emergency/night visits when required)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
