Job Summary
Five Star Offset Printers is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, proofreading printed materials, preparing quality documentation, collecting production samples, and maintaining quality records in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect printed materials to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Proofread artwork, documents, and printed products for accuracy, content, and design.
- Prepare and maintain quality documents, including CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), COA (Certificate of Analysis), inspection reports, and related records.
- Collect, label, and retain production samples for quality reference.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality issues.
- Report non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records and ensure proper document control.
- Coordinate with the Production and Prepress teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support internal audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Printing Technology, Printing Engineering, or a related printing field.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills.
- Good proofreading and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary
₹12,000–₹15,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
