Job Title: Home Appliance Engineer / Service Expert

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-friendly Home Appliance Technician/Service Engineer to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain home appliances at customer premises. The candidate should be comfortable traveling daily for field visits and delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
● Visit customer locations for installation, repair, and maintenance services
● Diagnose faults and perform repairs for appliances such as ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, chimneys, RO systems, etc.
● Explain service details and basic usage guidance to customers
● Maintain service quality and follow company SOPs and safety standards
● Update service reports, job status, and customer feedback in the company app
● Handle tools and spare parts responsibly
● Maintain professional behavior, grooming, and hygiene during customer visits
Requirements
● ITI/Diploma/Technical certification preferred
● Experience in appliance repair/service preferred
● Basic smartphone/app handling knowledge
● Good communication and customer handling skills
● Two-wheeler and valid driving license
