Responsibilities:
1. Laser Testing: New lasers like CO2 Laser and IPG Fiber Laser are physically and technically inspected and their beam quality and power are checked.
2. Laser Cladding: Laser Cladding related experiments through 400 W MAX Fiber Laser and providing technical support to design Laser Cladding Machine with colleagues.
3. Optical Component Inspection: Inspection of optical components like Focusing Lens, Beam Expander, Collimating Lens, Protecting Window, and Flash Lamps that are used in Laser Head.
4. Research & Development: Research related work according to client requirements like Laser Cleaning, Laser Marking on different plastic materials, and Laser Welding.
5. Laser Beam Alignment & Troubleshooting: Laser Beam Alignment related work in different projects and solving technical problems occurring in high-power 3 KW IPG Laser systems.
6. Coordinate with team members during laser testing, machine development, application trials, and project execution activities.
7. Maintain records of testing, inspections, experiments, and technical observations related to laser systems and applications.
8. Support installation, troubleshooting, and performance improvement activities for laser-based systems and equipment.
9. Provide technical assistance and application support for customer-specific laser processing requirements.
10. Perform other technical assignments related to laser technology and application development as assigned.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
