Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and drive our HR function. This leadership role will partner closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a high-performance, employee-centric culture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the entire employee lifecycle, talent management, compliance, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's long-term business goals.
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational planning, workforce strategy, succession planning, and change management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance business performance.
Talent Acquisition & Performance Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Design and implement leadership development and learning initiatives.
- Build effective talent pipelines for current and future business needs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, employment legislation, and statutory regulations.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee HR operations, HRIS management, employee records, and data security.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory reporting and HR audits.
Compensation, Benefits & Employee Relations
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits.
- Act as the primary escalation point for employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace environment.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key HR metrics such as employee turnover, hiring efficiency, retention, and engagement.
- Prepare and present HR reports, workforce analytics, and strategic insights to senior management and the Board.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR processes and business outcomes.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required to support business operations, leadership meetings, employee engagement activities, audits, and other organizational priorities.
- Availability during peak business periods, festivals, and critical HR initiatives when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or professional certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD will be an added advantage.
- 11–15 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
