Job Description: ELV Purchase Executive
Position Overview: The ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Purchase Executive is responsible for managing procurement activities related to ELV systems, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services. The role demands a keen understanding of ELV components, supplier management, and adherence to project requirements while maintaining optimal quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management:
- Source, negotiate, and procure ELV materials, equipment, and services as per project and company requirements.
- Ensure all purchased items meet quality standards, technical specifications, and compliance requirements.
- Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, reliability, delivery performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular vendor assessments to ensure consistent quality and service.
- Cost Optimization:
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate favorable payment terms and pricing agreements with suppliers.
- Inventory and Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishments to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the project and engineering teams to understand specific ELV requirements.
- Provide technical support in identifying alternative materials or solutions to meet project constraints.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the ELV or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems, components, and industry standards.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
