Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import shipments from suppliers to destination warehouses
- Handle import documentation such as:
- Bill of Lading
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Import Licenses
- Customs documents
- Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and vendors
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with import/export laws and customs regulations
- Calculate duties, taxes, and shipping costs
- Maintain records of shipments and inventory updates
- Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, or documentation discrepancies
- Prepare reports related to imports and logistics activities
- Required Skills
- Knowledge of international trade and customs procedures
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Commerce
- Business Administration
- Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- International Business
- Documentation and coordination skills
- Communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP/software systems like SAP, Oracle, or logistics software
- MS Excel and reporting skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
