We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Store Assistant who can efficiently manage daily store operations while also handling social media marketing and customer engagement. This role requires a blend of retail skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to enhance both in-store and online presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Management
- Open and close the store on time, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store
- Arrange and display products attractively to boost sales
- Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and report shortages
- Handle billing, payments, and basic cash management
2. Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products
- Understand customer needs and provide styling/product suggestions
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
3. Social Media Management
- Create and post engaging content (photos, reels, stories) regularly
- Manage platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries promptly
- Stay updated with trends (fashion, reels, audio, hashtags)
- Coordinate photoshoots (basic styling, model handling, content ideas)
4. Marketing & Growth Strategies
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts
- Develop creative ideas to increase store footfall and online reach
- Collaborate with influencers or local creators for promotions
- Analyze engagement and suggest improvements
- Assist in branding and positioning of the store
5. Product Handling & Visual Merchandising
- Assist in sourcing, tagging, and pricing products
- Ensure products are displayed in a trendy and appealing manner
- Keep track of fast-moving and slow-moving items
- Suggest improvements in product mix based on customer demand
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
