ESP Global Services is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition team, supporting both domestic India hiring and international recruitment delivery across multiple regions.
This is a highly visible, stakeholder-facing role suited to a proactive recruiter with strong direct sourcing capability, commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage complex hiring activity independently. The successful candidate will operate as a true recruitment partner to the business, delivering high-quality hiring outcomes within a fast-paced managed services and technology environment.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational, corporate, and leadership hiring

Partnering closely with senior hiring managers and global stakeholders

Building innovative sourcing strategies across direct, referral, networking, and market-mapping channels

Driving candidate pipelines proactively rather than reactively

Delivering an exceptional candidate experience with strong communication and follow-through

Managing recruitment activity with urgency, attention to detail, and high data integrity

Influencing hiring decisions through market insight, talent intelligence, and recruitment expertise

Supporting and mentoring junior sourcing/recruitment team members where required

Reducing agency dependency through effective direct hiring strategies

Producing accurate recruitment reporting and pipeline forecasting
- Proven experience within an internal Talent Acquisition or RPO environment

Experience recruiting across international and domestic markets

Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability within technology or managed services

Demonstrable success managing multiple concurrent vacancies and stakeholder groups

Strong commercial awareness and confidence negotiating offers and managing candidate close

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate with credibility

Excellent organisational skills, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a high-performance, delivery-focused environment
- Technology services, IT managed services, infrastructure, service desk, aviation technology, or enterprise support environments

Experience supporting global hiring across EMEA, UK&I, North America, in addition to APAC

Exposure to recruitment metrics, SLA-driven delivery, and workforce planning
