Job Role: QC
Location: Noida, Sector-83
- Monitor stitching quality by checking SPI, machine settings, needle condition, and puckering as per buyer standards.
- Conduct in-line quality inspections of critical operations and immediately report quality issues to supervisors and mechanics.
- Maintain hourly production quality reports, DHU% records, and ensure required approvals/signatures from QA and production teams.
- Train operators through mock samples and guide corrective actions to achieve and maintain quality standards.
- Escalate recurring quality issues to the Quality Manager and ensure only approved garments are released for the next process or shipment.
