Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Ensure documentation of incidents and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to material master data, purchase orders, and invoice verification.
- Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes of application problems.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other modules such as Finance and Production Planning.
- Skilled in using SAP transaction codes and tools to monitor and support system performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
