About the Role
Syncpedia Technologies is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and generating high-quality leads for the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads from targeted audiences, including:
- College students and recent graduates
- Working professionals
- Job seekers and career-focused individuals
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, social media, job portals, educational platforms, professional networks, and other relevant sources.
- Conduct outbound calling, WhatsApp outreach, email outreach, and other lead-generation activities.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective customers with accurate contact information.
- Understand the target audience and identify potential prospects based on predefined criteria.
- Follow up with generated leads and maintain regular communication.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, interest, eligibility, and other relevant parameters.
- Maintain daily records of leads generated, contacted, qualified, and converted.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team and share qualified leads for further conversion.
- Continuously explore new methods and platforms to improve lead-generation volume and quality.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong internet research and data-collection skills.
- Ability to identify and generate leads independently.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and maintaining databases.
- Comfortable with outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media outreach.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under daily/monthly targets.
- Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn can also apply.
