Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead our International Sales function and drive business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B/International Sales, team management, client acquisition and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the International Sales team.
* Drive sales strategy and achieve revenue targets.
* Develop and maintain relationships with international clients.
* Identify new business opportunities in the US market.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
* Monitor team performance, sales pipeline and business KPIs.
* Handle key accounts and support long-term client relationships.
* Contribute to overall P&L and business growth.
Requirements
* 10–12 years of relevant sales experience.
* Prior experience in International/US Sales preferred.
* Experience in B2B Sales / Software Sales / Technology Sales will be an advantage.
* Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
* Experience managing sales teams and achieving targets.
* Punjabi communication skills preferred/required.
* Comfortable working in the US night shift.
Compensation
₹10–12 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Salary can be considered based on experience and capability.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
