Key Responsibilities:

· Handle outbound Sales ·
. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential for conversion.
· Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maintain interest and move them through the sales funnel.
· Maintain an updated and organised lead database using lead management tool.
· Achieve individual goals for calls made, appointments set, and leads qualified.
· Address Partner concerns, identify needs, and provide solution or raise feedback to respective departments.
Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate Work Experience: Proven working experience of 1+ working years in Telesales / Outbound BPO Sales profile.
Skills: · Excellent communication, sales & negotiation skills
