Job Summary
Redporch Nest Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and motivated Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure project quality, coordinate with teams, and complete projects on schedule while maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
* Monitor work progress and ensure timely project execution.
* Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.
* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
* Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on site.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the project.
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* 1–5 years of experience in construction site supervision or site engineering.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
* Good knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
