- Identify the SME/Trainer/Consultant based on business team request
- Connect with trainers on professional networking sites
- Negotiate on the business deliverables / technical trainings
- Update the trainer database in CRM
- Keep the CRM updated with every activities
- coordinate with clients/project team on trainer evaluations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Exposure or experience on IT recruitment
- Good understanding on professional networking site (LinkedIn)
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and committed / responsible
- Fair understanding of technical skills
