Job Description
SHOWTIME PRODUCTION is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to support our live entertainment and event-production activities in Pattaya.
The Event Coordinator will organize event schedules, communicate with clients and suppliers, coordinate performers and production teams, and support events from setup through completion.
Responsibilities
- Plan event schedules, logistics, equipment, performers, and venue arrangements.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, artists, and production teams.
- Support event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown.
- Monitor event timelines and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare schedules, coordination documents, and basic reports.
- Follow up with clients and help maintain professional relationships.
- Coordinate with lighting, sound, LED screen, fabrication, and technical teams.
- Travel within Thailand when required for events.
- Work during some evenings, weekends, or public holidays according to the event schedule.
Requirements
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality, entertainment, performing arts, or production is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams, suppliers, and schedules.
- Working proficiency in English is required.
- Thai-language ability is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pattaya and travel for events.
