Job Summary
KrazyTrip is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support and lead the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, converting travel enquiries into bookings, monitoring sales performance, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and guiding the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Handle client negotiations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel packages and services.
- Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve sales conversion and revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Knowledge of travel packages and destinations will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Pay: ₹15,542.60 - ₹46,362.07 per month
