- Visitor & Communication Management: Welcome guests, direct calls, take messages, and manage visitor logs.
- Administrative Support: Handle data entry, filing, document preparation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other departments.
- Office Operations: Maintain reception area cleanliness, manage office supplies inventory, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Customer Service: Resolve basic complaints, provide information about company services, and build positive brand awareness.
- Equipment & Systems: Operate office machines like printers, photocopiers, and possibly manage basic bookkeeping or invoicing.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Skills: Excellent communication (written/verbal), strong organizational & multitasking abilities, problem-solving, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Qualities: Professional presentation, reliability, discretion, ability to stay calm under pressure, and a friendly demeanor.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role is often required.
