Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join a reputed multi-speciality hospital in Kadi, Gujarat, near Gandhinagar.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations, medication management, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions and hospital protocols.
- Manage and maintain adequate stock of medicines and medical supplies.
- Check prescriptions for accuracy and ensure proper medication dispensing.
- Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and documentation.
- Monitor medicine expiry dates and ensure proper storage of medicines.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments regarding medication requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy and hospital procedures.
- Support day-to-day hospital pharmacy operations.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognised institution.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital pharmacy.
- Valid Pharmacy Council registration is preferred/required as applicable.
- Good knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, and prescription handling.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.
