Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated US IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for freshers and recent graduates who have excellent communication skills and are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify suitable candidates for US IT job openings.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interactions and interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruiting teams.
Understand job descriptions and match candidates with appropriate opportunities.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Work with recruitment teams to meet hiring targets.
Follow US recruitment processes, schedules, and staffing requirements.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Willingness to learn US IT recruitment processes.
Interest in Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, Technical Recruitment, and US Staffing.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work comfortably in the US EST shift.
