We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our SPD-3 E&A team in the role of Shift Incharge.
Job Purpose:
Plan and manage shift operations and allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets.
Monitor and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs, drives, and TIA Portal systems to ensure minimal downtime.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules and perform breakdown maintenance for AC induction and servo motors.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures during shift activities.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production planning teams for smooth functioning of the shift.
Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and maintenance activities.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage shift operations and allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets.
Work as automation engineer for troubleshooting in shifts to ensure smooth operations of lines
Qualifications & Experience:
3 year Diploma in Electrical engineering from a recognized institute
3 to 4 year experience as automation engineer
